Voter Information
The home page for the Lee County Supervisor of Elections is www.lee.vote. The site provides the dates and details regarding both the primary and general elections. It also allows you to request a Vote-By-Mail Ballot (please note that if you have not renewed your Vote-By-Mail request since the end of 2022, you must renew in order to participate in the Primary and General Elections.). One last reminder regarding Vote-By-Mail. . . "THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE WILL NOT FORWARD A VOTE-BY-MAIL BALLOT! An excuse is NOT required to vote by mail in Florida."
Here are some key dates:
- Vote-by-mail ballot requests must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday 12 days prior to the election. (Florida Statute 101.62).
- Primary Election (City of Bonita Springs municipal elections (Mayor, City Council) are Non-Partisan races are NOT part of the primary elections. The voting for Mayor and City Council will take place with the general election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.)

- Early Voting - Saturday, August 10, 2024 through Saturday August 17, 2024.
